  • Complimentary pre-hire interview to learn more about the client(s)
  • One post-hire meeting (30 days before event)
  • One venue site visit
  • Serves as point of contact with all vendors
  • Review of all contracts; confirming all details, agreements and arrival times with each vendor
  • Support and creation of guidelines to ensure all deadlines are met


wedding week & day





  • Formulation and distribution of the day-of timeline and floor plans
  • Event Management: prevent and fix any issues that may arise during the event
  • Oversight of check-in of vendors, rental items and supplies on the day-of
  • Organization and set up of ceremony décor, cocktail hour and reception
  • Distribution of final payments and gratuities to vendors
  • Cueing of any special moments such as cake-cutting, dances and toasts
  • Collection and consolidation of wedding gifts and other personal elements
  • One assistant
  • Coordination of ceremony rehearsal (1 hour)
  • 8 hours of dedicated coordination on the wedding day
